The TARA Aerospace TM-05/55-SQD is a mechanical nose-mounted point-detonating impact fuse designed for 105 mm and 155 mm high-explosive artillery shells. It offers both super-quick and delay modes, which are selected by rotating the sleeve and removing the cap.
The fuse incorporates a highly sensitive impact mechanism and functions effectively on both hard and soft ground. An interrupted initial firing chain provides enhanced safety during storage, handling, and operation. The fuse has been extensively tested and proven to deliver reliable performance and safe operation under all weather conditions.
